Confusing Modesty with Modernization?

Lets imagine to take plants out of sand and fishes out of water to show them our world. Why not? They also have a right to see our world too, live happily and see all the adventures of earth. Will it be possible for any plant to continue living after coming out of  sand  or any fish to see outside world after coming out of water? Literates would say of course not! No life is possible of its start living after coming out of their boundary.  Similarly mine and yours life is also not possible and would become disgusting if we cross our limits set by our creator and the key component of this living is MODESTY.
Now a days we are confusing modesty with modernization. modesty should be in our eyes and heart, no matter what is our dressing and appearance while going out from home. these views are very common and end result of such prospective are rape cases sadly.
Instead of protesting against rapers, its high time to take step and improve yours and relatives appearance because it is not a personal matter anymore. 
Rightly said that IF MODESTY IS GONE, FAITH IS ALSO GONE WITH THAT.
